I am a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist in Lawrence, Kansas, committed to helping people move beyond cycles of avoidance and perfectionism. My goal is to support you in building flexibility, deepening self-awareness, and creating a more intentional, meaningful life. I draw on evidence-based therapies including CBT, IPT, DBT, and provide comprehensive Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), offering skills groups and coaching. I also provide psychological assessments such as ADHD evaluations and readiness screenings for life changing surgeries.
