My mission is to create a space where all clients feel welcome and safe enough to share freely without fear of judgment, and to equip clients with tools and resources to overcome daily challenges and build healthier connections with themselves and others. My specialty includes trauma, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ issues. My aim is to offer a humanistic and trauma-focused approach to growth and healing. Taking the first step toward recovery and healing is HARD. I am here to help you navigate that.
