I'm Shannon "Shay" Ward, a dedicated mental health counselor passionate about helping adolescents, adults and couples navigate life’s challenges. Currently, I’m completing my post-master’s experience at New York Cognitive Therapy and Wellness Center in Rockville Centre, NY. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship and attachment difficulties. I have a special focus on supporting women, couples, and LGBTQIA+ folks, bringing both professional expertise and empathetic understanding to our sessions.
