I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah and Montana since 2012 and I'm truly passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges and improve their well-being. I find immense satisfaction in connecting with my clients and creating a space where they feel understood and supported. My focus include My focus Anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues (family and couple), goal setting, ADHD, OCD, parenting, school or work stress, PTSD. I am also comfortable seeing adolescents.
