I am Shannyn McDonald and I have treated people experiencing emotional imbalance and behavioral excesses that can lead to hardship. I use DBT and CBT to assist my clients in reclaiming balance in their life. I also have experience treating trauma dynamics. I understand the importance of managing mental health symptoms, while promoting new life skills.
