Hi, I'm Kayla! I have graciously provided psychotherapy for trauma survivors for almost two decades. I've led mindfulness-based workshops and group therapies, including comprehensive DBT programming. I also supervise aspiring clinicians and provide consultation to licensed professionals around complex clinical cases/assessment. I've gained invaluable experience from the stories I've humbly witnessed, cultivating a therapeutic approach that balances acceptance and the invitation for change. I hold a compassionate, strength-based perspective that not only builds the therapeutic alliance, but lifts up the meaning behind this work.
