I'm Shanti, a compassionate licensed psychotherapist, dance movement therapist and chemical dependency clinician. I have been a dedicated licensed therapist for over 24 years. With deep compassion and non-judgmental mindful support, I hold a space for healing and growth to occur. I help clients heal through a wide variety of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, domestic violence, chronic pain, eating disorders, sleep disorders, addiction, transitions and more. I take a relational strength-focused approach to counseling, helping clients expand resiliency and discover new ways to fill their cup with what they love. I collaborate with clients to help them move through the restrained places the wounds of trauma, loss and other pain construct.
