Our earliest attachments can significantly influence our adult relationships, whether they were nurturing or traumatic. In therapy, we work together to reconstruct unhealthy attachment patterns, create new attachment strategies and strengthen what is already working. With a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, I trained with Dr. Patricia Crittenden and earned two certifications: "Attachment, Neurodevelopment, and Psychopathology" and the "Adult Attachment Interview". I am certified in "Child Parent Psychotherapy" developed by Dr. Alicia Lieberman and experienced in trauma informed practices.
