I have found at the core of most behavioral, emotional, and mental discomfort is pain associated with earlier trauma or loss. What I offer clients is a safe space to create a healing of the past for both the mind and the body so that we can be more alive in the present moment. I will foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment to encourage healthy development in learning to relate differently to one's emotions and parts of self while becoming aware of conditioning from childhood that no longer serves you and creates self sabotage. This process is to help with all levels of disconnectedness so that healing can take place.
