Anxiety can feel isolating, but you are not alone, we will work together in a step by step approach to help you learn skills to calm anxiety and self-doubt and perform at your best. I enjoy working with professionals, musicians, performers, people experiencing grief, healing from trauma, working through spiritual issues, managing depression, anxiety, or personality disorders, and LGBTQ+ persons. I have experience with substance use disorders.
