It is important to me, to develop an honest and trusting therapeutic relationship and collaboratively develop meaningful goals. I believe sometimes we can all benefit from additional guidance and support, particularily during life changes. It is important to me, to have an understanding of my clients perspective while prioritizing honest communication and mutual accountability. My approach is empathetic, supportive, and collaborative grounded in evidence based practices. I work with adults of all ages. I have specialized training in ADHD, strength-based modalities and narrative approaches to therapy.
