Welcome! I'm glad you're here. My work centers around reproductive mental health, including supporting adults around pregnancy, birth, the postpartum period, high risk pregnancy, trauma, NICU experiences, parenting, pregnancy loss (miscarriage, stillbirth, and termination for medical reasons / TFMR), infertility, Assisted Reproductive Technology (e.g. IVF), PGT & screening for genetic disease, third-party reproduction (egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation, and surrogacy), special needs issues, adoption, and fertility preservation. I welcome adults representing diverse backgrounds, identities, and family structures. I actively support adults in the LGBTQIA, single parent, childless not by choice, and childfree communities. I provide assessment, psychotherapy, counseling, and coaching for adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, relationships, career and social pressures, and life transitions, including perimenopause and menopause.
