I have over 15 years experience working with those who have suffered loss and are experiencing grief in a variety of ways. I also have extensive experience working with those who have an array of trauma. I use an eclectic approach to therapy pulling from many major theories. I meet you where you are in the process and hold your hand through the journey. We walk those hard times together in order for you to learn to sit in your feelings and move through the 'yucky" feelings. The over all goal of therapy is for you to stand on your own.
