I use Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to help couples break through stuck patterns, rebuild trust, and create deeper, more connected relationships. I’m also trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, two powerful trauma-focused methods that help clients process past pain and feel more present, grounded, and in control. Whether you’re working through relationship struggles, childhood wounds, or emotional overwhelm, I offer a direct yet compassionate approach to support lasting change and healing. I specialize in healing trauma & improving relational dynamics for individuals, couples and families, including high conflict divorce and co-parenting. I have an open direct style in a warm safe environment maximizing growth and healing. My approach is trauma informed and somatically based, using Mindfulness, Attachment, EMDR, & Brainspotting.
