I like to say "Therapy is the process of processing the process", I would be honored to walk that path with you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have been trained in various evidence-based treatments to help you cope with your daily life stressors, trauma, and unexpected life changes. I have been providing professional mental health services in Billings since 2020, and now, with Sentinel Mental Health. I strive to bring authenticity into the therapeutic space and walk with you through the ups and down's, I have found those with: a genuine desire for change, have made great strides in their self-actualization journeys. I work with adolescents/teens and adult individuals. I have areas of knowledge that include Anxiety, PTSD, and dealing with stress and change for all stages of life. I utilize a mix of Talk Therapy, Play Therapy, Gestalt Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness.
