I operate from an attachment lens and the belief that needs for attachment, connection, belonging, and acceptance are ever-present, often-overlooked drivers in our lives. Unmet attachment needs - whether past or present - can profoundly impact mood, self-esteem, and, of course, our relationships with others. I utilize a multiculturally sensitive, integrative approach to help individuals and couples gain insight into attachment needs, better communicate those needs with partners and loved ones, recognize and change unhealthy patterns and dynamics, and practice self-love.
