I have helped clients with trauma, anxiety, implementing coping skills, life transitions, stress management, conflict resolutions, communication issues, depression, & adjustment disorders. I incorporate solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, play/art, Trauma Focused CBT& person-centered therapy.
