I am a therapist licensed in Ohio and Michigan with 20+ years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and substance abuse disorders. I’ve also helped many people who have experienced trauma and emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe strongly in authenticity, intuition, and in movement toward self-actualization. I think it’s important to relate to everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, though I also believe in gentle confrontation when it’s needed.
