As an AMFT and Certified Somatic Coach, I work with clients across the lifespan—including teens, adults, and couples—on anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My warm, collaborative approach integrates talk therapy, somatic practices, EMDR, and IFS to support healing and self-understanding. I have specialized training in sex therapy but also work broadly with identity, communication, and emotional regulation. Whether rebuilding trust, processing trauma, or strengthening connection with yourself or others, I offer a supportive, sex-positive, nonjudgmental space where authenticity is welcomed and shame has no place.
