About

I am a licensed mental health counselor with experience working in the community, school, and private practice setting. Providing counseling in a relaxing office setting, I strive to help you feel safe and comfortable. I work within a cognitive behavioral perspective and have experience working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress related issues, strategies to deal with anger effectively, and self esteem. I work with individuals, couples and offer group counseling. In relation to children, I have experience with learning problems, ADD and ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, self esteem, depression and anxiety, and anger control.
