I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCW) who works with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. Many of my clients are professionals, educators, caregivers or fellow therapists- people who are used to helping others and are now ready to focus on their own healing. You don't have to have it all figured out to start therapy. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want a safe space to reflect and grow, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore what's holding you back and what is possible.
