Life often presents us with many challenges and seeking help during those difficult times takes great courage. Trying to find an experienced therapist can be overwhelming and I hope reading a bit about me may be helpful in your search. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 40 years of experience. I received my masters in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and have completed advanced clinical training in Marital and Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and in understanding and working with trauma, both in childhood and throughout the life span. I see clients in individual therapy, and in couples, marital and family therapy. I am direct and truthful, yet very warm, nonjudgmental and compassionate.
