Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to go through it alone. I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults, with extensive experience supporting law enforcement professionals, first responders, and individuals in other high-stress, roles who often carry emotional burdens quietly and feel pressure to remain strong for others. I also work with adults from all backgrounds navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, care givers.
