As a person of color, I am passionate about working with people from all backgrounds. I specialize in supporting young adults exploring their identity and transition into adulthood, as well as former athletes adjusting to life beyond sports. I also work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, adjustment issues, intergenerational trauma, sports performance, and healing from trauma and adversity.
