I am passionate about people, relationships, and healing. I believe the greatest joy, peace, and happiness we experience in life comes from a deep connection with ourselves and with those we love. There are many reasons we don't experience these connections: trauma, attachment wounds, addictions, lack of modeling, mental health issues, and the inevitable stressors of life.
