At Progressions Therapy Practice, I bring over 30 years of experience, helping children (age 7+), teens, and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and find healthy ways to cope with challenges like anxiety, depression, child behavior, ADHD, autism, divorce, parenting and major life changes. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative—together we’ll focus on small steps that lead to meaningful progress.
