It is my belief that change happens through relationships and we all have the ability to heal from emotional, mental, physical and spiritual pain with the right support. My focus will be on promoting resilience and hope in the body's natural ability to heal and grow. I appreciate that therapy is difficult at times and respect that each individual has the right and responsibility to set their own personal goals and their pace of change within a safe and supportive environment. I have training in natural health/alternative healing as well as extensive trauma therapy training and experience.
