I believe in individualized services. The word counseling or therapy is a broad term but when it is focused on the person and what they want to change and/or accomplish, it is a powerful tool! If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, and other negative feelings or just having a difficult time navigating through daily activities, you are not alone. I am here to help! I bring over 18 years of experience as a therapist and over 24 years of social service experience altogether. I have worked in various settings from inpatient settings to outpatient counseling as well as individualized and couples therapy in my private practice setting. My treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused CBT
