I feel like it's never too early or too late to make meaningful changes in life. Therapy is a scary word for many people, but when you look at it in its pure form, therapy is just a conversation between two people with the same goal of moving a person forward, and closer to their goals. I am a person who doesn't judge and just looks for the best path forward for my clients. I've been practicing for many years and love this work.
