My specialty is working with all types of relationships that are stressed. I believe in exploring what I call "clashing vulnerabilities." We all have triggers, and when they are present, there really is no one listening. We all need to be heard. I also work with grief and with aging. I help relationships incorporate conflict by finding the opportunities for increased understanding and confiding. Communication skills matter, but tend to go out the window when sensitive spots get triggered. On-going intimacy involves working through vulnerabilities and differences, which allows for true bonding---a relationship that thrives.
