Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been in the helping profession for 22 years and have experience in a variety of areas that range from depression to couples counseling. I have worked with people with a broad variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties. My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which concentrates on realizing that your thought patterns affect your emotions, which, in turn, can affect your behaviors. I look forward to working with you to help you to eliminate or control troubling symptoms so that you can function better and can increase well-being and healing.
