Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from California State University, Fullerton and have been practicing for 4 years. However, I have worked in the mental health field since 2017. I help children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and overall life stressors. I work with each client on becoming the best versions of themselves. ¡Hola! Soy una terapeuta licenciada en matrimonio y familia (LMFT) con base en California. In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—who you are, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope to get out of it. We’ll go at your pace, and there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current concerns, and goals.
