Do you have difficulty dealing with life’s daily pressures? Do you struggle with feeling overwhelmed, anxious or depressed? During life we can have our emotions numbed and may not realize it. We keep going through life thinking it is “normal” until something breaks us and we realize we need that additional support. Most of us have had some type of trauma in our lives and it can hold us back. I would love to support you on your journey to a life of peace, joy, safety and self-confidence. Trauma is my specialty and I use a variety of tools that have proven to be very effective. I can integrate a Christian perspective if requested.
