I believe that every human desires happiness and wishes to be free of suffering. I work with my clients, on our joint journey, to establish a foundation that will gradually enable them to walk down that path. I'm working with people who are facing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, attachment, diffiiculty in establishing intimacy, exploring a spiriutual quest or being harmed on their spiritual path. I am treating PTSD that resulted from a single event as well as continuous traumas, such as childhood developmental trauma, cult survivors/victims, and more. I extensively use psychodynamic approach (primarily humanistic theories such as self psychology, relational approach) alongside body-mind-soul orientation (using Focusing), EMDR, trauma oriented therapy and more.
