My intention is to provide a safe, supportive environment within the therapeutic relationship. My philosophy is strengths-based and holistic: I believe people have the capacity for resilience, creativity and resourcefulness. My role is to help my clients get to that place of knowing this for themselves so they can move forward in their lives and thrive. I am trained in mindfulness-based-stress reduction, and I am a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach who has worked with a wide range of people on stress release, weight, exercise and nutrition. I am also a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker.
