Recognizing the need to work on a problem demonstrates courage. Perhaps you are out of ideas for how to cope with a troubled marriage/relationship or a strained relationship with your child or teen. In times like these, you want someone to understand you, help you redefine your strengths, and offer some new options. I provide individual, couples and family psychotherapy to adults, teens and children. My specialties are working with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, anger -esteem and parenting issues.
