At times, we feel anxious, overwhelmed or misunderstood. These feelings are normal as we deal with the challenges of life events. I've worked with clients for over 20 years, including adolescents, adults and couples on a variety of topics including: relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, parenting challenges, self-esteem, stress management, workplace and career issues, and health issues. I provide a safe, professional space where I listen without judgment to help people navigate challenges and work through conflicts in a healthy way. We work together to identify patterns and gain new insights.
