Accepting new clients (limited). Are your relationships difficult to manage? Are you torn between helping others and helping too much? Do you feel defeated by substance use, poor mental health for yourself or someone you care about? You are not alone. Together, we can develop effective strategies to replace unhealthy habits and attitudes that contribute to anxiety, depression, poor decision-making, feelings of loss, hopelessness. Putting yourself first doesn't mean you don't care about others. Self-care is not selfish. It is a way to restore balance. You deserve the opportunity to define for yourself a life of meaning and success. This practice is built to support individuals, guardians, and family members who are needing to find a new way forward. Using evidence-based practices, my approach is person/family-centered, trauma informed, and strengths based. I bring clinical training, professionalism, and lived experience to my work. I offer both in-office and virtual sessions.
