My experience for the past 20 years has taught me that none us escape difficult times in our lives in such areas as relationships, family of origin, life transitions, careers, parenting (from pregancy to empty nest), grief, and loss. My goal is for you to feel valued, understood, and supported as you untangle your experiences and gain back a sense of strength and control.
