You are welcomed to this practice if dealing with mental health concerns or previously diagnosed and have tried other treatment modalities with no success. If you have pervasive symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Trauma and PTSD , then you have found the right place. Clients open to practicing recommended techniques and coping skills can easily achieve their therapy goals using updated techniques. When I am not offering therapy to clients, I spend my free time outdoors enjoying walking meditations along some of Maryland's historical trails.
