My practice is currently full and I am unable to take new clients at this time. I have 20+ years working with adolescents, individuals, and couples on a variety of issues. I have experience working with Substance Abuse, Depression, Anxiety and with Trauma. My approach is strengths-based, non-judgemental, and practical. I have been trained in Cognitive-Behavioral, Family Systems, Internal Family Systems, Trauma, Substance Abuse and Psychodynamic Treatment. Fundamentally, I believe it is most important to listen deeply to people and help them define both their own issues as well as their own solutions.
