Hello and welcome! I’m Sharon, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and EMDR Certified Therapist at Embrace Counseling Center. My training and experience have allowed me to walk alongside children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in many different stages of life—from therapeutic day schools and inpatient addiction programs to supporting individuals through cross-cultural challenges, spiritual trauma, and life transitions. I use a holistic, trauma-informed approach that honors the brain-body-spirit connection. Drawing from EMDR, Brainspotting, Mindfulness-based practices, and expressive therapies like art and play, I offer ways to explore healing and growth when words alone cannot capture the full depth of your experiences, your story.
