Life is challenging and it just never stays the same! Sometimes we find ourselves in a rough patch where old patterns of behavior just don't work anymore but we don't know what else to do. I believe it's my job to help you find your way through to new answers and behaviors that serve you better. To me, the work of therapy is to find the courage within to change the things that you can, the acceptance to live with what you cannot and most importantly, to figure out which is which! I believe it is my role to help you find your way through this with compassion, humor and insight.
