My practice focuses on helping individuals and couples improve and strengthen their relationships. At different points in our lives we face new challenges. Even our most wonderful life transitions may also cause tension and stress in our interactions with family members, friends and colleagues. Therapy can help. I have expertise working with depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, trauma, and loss. Support is provided for those coping with infertility and perinatal loss. I partner with people to overcome their creative and spiritual struggles, and work with individuals to reconcile their religious background with their current practice, lifestyle or beliefs.
