We were never meant to.” Taking the step to reach out can feel intimidating, but my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. I use a variety of evidence-based, integrative, and holistic approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Together, we can address concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex trauma.
