As a therapist, my passion is to aid others in aligning the lives they are living with the path of the soul. Depth psychotherapy, IFS/ Parts work, Meditation and Tai Chi instruction, as well as Dream Work and Focusing, can begin to open us up to a more reflective space, developing and actualizing a greater sense of purpose and meaning in life. It may be time to dig a bit deeper in order to satisfy that quest for purpose. Often this search for meaning begs our attention through such symptoms as physical pain, depression, anxiety, anger or a simple but frustrating lethargy with life.
