My name is Sharon Lynn Ryan, and I am a licensed professional counselor, a board certified bariatric counselor, and am certified in nutrition and personal training. I believe that mental health is essential to physical health, not an extraneous element of it. I believe in learning as much about the whole human being as possible in order to provide the best care, and I believe the mind, body and spirit are all interconnected. Knowing how the mind affects the physical body is important in achieving optimal physical & mental health.
