About

I treat adult individuals struggling with anxiety, depressive disorders, and healing from trauma. I also work with creatives (I had a previous career in film and television) and with those dealing with life and career transitions. I work collaboratively with clients to improve their functioning, relationships, and to foster personal growth. My primary orientation is psychodynamic, exploring the roots of emotional issues by illuminating unhelpful patterns in one's life and relationships. Most importantly, I approach clients with warmth and respect, as the research shows that it's ultimately the therapeutic relationship that heals.
