Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? Would you like to process your trauma or family of origin? Figuring out how to transition into the new role of motherhood? Or are you looking for some help with your marriage or relationship? I love doing couples work! It is hard work but such a lifetime investment. I have a passion to see clients that are seeking wholeness and some time and space to process life. I'm empathetic and kind while also being directive and intentional in our time together. Some of the techniques I use are EMDR, CBT and I also weave Internal Family Systems, Emotional Focused Therapy and somatic experiencing throughout our counseling time. I counsel from a faith perspective and enjoy working with those that are coming from a Christian worldview. Using nature and the earth for healing often show up as well!
