My approach to psychotherapy synthesizes holistic, spiritual and psychodynamic modes of understanding and working. The therapeutic relationship is a safe context for emotional healing and developing greater self-awareness. I help my clients deal with current difficulties and feelings, release old pain to allow the natural growth process to proceed, change dysfunctional patterns which block fulfillment, and empower themselves through awareness and choice. Working with individual adults, I respond to each person's unique personality, history and needs in order to bring about the desired changes.
